The role requires problem-solving, professionalism with residents, and the ability to work independently.

You will tackle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related tasks, respond to work orders, and ensure safety and appearance standards.

• Property maintenance experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation (truck preferred) to travel between properties in Northern Colorado.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general property maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance across multiple properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism when interacting with residents, and the ability to work independently.

Schedule
