Taylor at Copperfield, Houston, TX, is a residential community managed by WH Management. We are seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain exterior areas and common spaces, ensuring curb appeal and safety for residents and guests.

As a Porter, you’ll handle outdoor cleaning, light maintenance tasks, and collaboration with the maintenance team. The role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and pride in a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including walkways and parking lots.
• Clean and upkeep amenities such as pool area and fitness center.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and report issues.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and building exteriors as needed.
• Remove trash and debris from grounds daily.
• Assist with make-readies and special projects as requested.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and communicate reordering needs.
