Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, porter work, or a similar role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of apartment community grounds within set time frames.
• Perform tasks such as pressure washing, leaf blowing, and general upkeep.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and staff.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report issues promptly.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Track and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies.
