We're looking for energetic individuals who take pride in their work. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting the maintenance team, and interacting with residents.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, porter, or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Must have valid I.D. and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Keep dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Blow off sidewalks and walkways using property equipment.
• Assist with cleaning signage and amenity areas.
• Support maintenance team with general upkeep tasks.
