Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain our residential property in Lake Park, FL. You will handle building upkeep, breezeways, debris removal, light bulb replacements, and monthly property walks to keep common areas pristine.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings and breezeways; removing trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris; replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly to inspect condition
• Pressure washing the buildings as needed
• Preparing market-ready units for occupancy
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining the compactor area free from debris
