Job summary

Re-Bath, LLC is seeking an Installation Specialist (Glass) to install custom frameless, semi-frameless, pivoting, and sliding glass shower doors in Phoenix, AZ, in person. You will ensure high-end finishes and a fabulous homeowner experience while managing precise measurements and safety on every job.

The ideal candidate has proven glass installation experience, reads tape measures to 1/16", uses laser levels, and maintains clear daily communication with customers and the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional glass installation or glazing.
• Ability to read tape measures to 1/16" and use laser leveling tools.
• Strong customer service and clear written/verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with focus on safety, waterproofing, and sealant execution.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight installation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the job site with the customer daily and review contracts before starting.
• Perform precision installations of heavy custom glass shower doors and frameless enclosures.
• Take exact field measurements for custom glass fabrication.
• Provide a world-class customer experience and coordinate solutions with project managers.
• Collect client payments and conduct completion checks at milestones.
• Maintain daily communication updates via GroupMe and Zoom with the office.
• Lead safety training for apprentices and coordinate with technicians.
