Waste Connections seeks passionate individuals interested in driving, career growth, and embodying our #1 value: Safety!. We are hiring a Residential Garbage Truck Driver to join our team at Pinellas Hauling Clearwater, FL.

Position Summary:

• Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes.
• Require regular heavy lifting and climbing in and out of the truck.
• Serve customers safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• This is a full-time, year-round position with a typical schedule from Monday to Saturday, approximately 50-55 hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a stable work history, preferably in driving.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Garbage truck experience is a plus.
• Garbage collection is stable, and employment is year-round.
