Liberty University, Inc. is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach AVIA 440 Multi-Engine Flight. The residential course requires 19 hours of flight training and is conducted in person for all listed programs.

Required: Master’s degree and FAA Certified Flight Instructor; additional preference for FAA Multi-Engine Instructor; at least 200 hours of flight instruction and 50 hours in multi-engine flight. Pay is $800 per load hour, on-site.

Qualifications

• Completed Masters Degree required.
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) required.
• FAA Multi-Engine Instructor certification desired.
• At least 200 hours of flight instruction.
• At least 50 hours of multi-engine flight instruction.

Responsibilities

• Teach AVIA 440 Multi-Engine Flight course (1 credit hour).
• Provide in-person flight training for all programs.
• Advise and engage with students within a biblical Christian worldview.
• Address individual differences, abilities, and interests in teaching.
