Astound is hiring a residential door-to-door sales representative in the Waco, TX area. You will start with a $34,000 base salary and have uncapped commissions that can push total earnings toward six figures.

The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, lead generation, and building relationships with residents and property managers. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with some weekend flexibility, and strong performers can exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet sales targets and handle face-to-face interactions.

Responsabilités
