Astound is seeking a dynamic residential door-to-door sales representative in the Waco, TX area. You will earn a base salary of $34,000 with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings potential of up to $90,000, depending on performance.

The role involves face-to-face visits, soliciting new customers, explaining service options, distributing marketing materials, and meeting sales targets while working Tuesday to Saturday with some weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work outdoors in a field environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property groups.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Aggressively pursue leads and report sales statistics to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay updated on market competition.
