Job summary

Astound is hiring for a door-to-door residential outside sales role in the Waco, TX area. You will start with a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings up to and beyond $90,000 for top performers.

Face-to-face customer engagement is required, with flexibility to work weekends and a dynamic, outdoor sales environment. We provide training and support to help you grow, including marketing materials, a protected territory, and ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, and time management skills.
• Sales-quota driven; motivated, self-starter with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential setting through face-to-face meetings with residents, property managers, and referrals.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and present quotes to sign up customers.
• Report sales activity and progress to management with accuracy and timeliness; attend mandatory sales meetings.
