Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential direct sales representative for the San Antonio, TX greater market. This field-based, door-to-door role offers a base salary of $34,000 with uncapped commission potential and a clear path to six-figure total earnings based on performance.

You will be representing a leading internet provider, engaging residents and property managers in person, and driving new sign-ups with the support of strong training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills are essential.
• You are sales-quota driven and capable of working autonomously.
• 90% of work is in the field/outdoors and you enjoy hunting for new customers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Distribute marketing material and support strategic marketing campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics accurately to management.
• Stay up to date with competitor activity in your market.
