Qualifications

• Experience in field inspection, construction, or utility-related work.
• Understanding of residential construction processes and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specs.
• Willingness to work outdoors and walk sites daily in varying weather.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive issue identification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field inspections at residential job sites to verify quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Inspect trenching, conduit installation, grounding, structural mounting, and equipment placement.
• Ensure contractors adhere to approved specifications, codes, and client requirements.
• Document inspection findings with field notes, reports, and photo documentation.
• Identify deficiencies or deviations and communicate corrective actions to the team.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and utility representatives to resolve field issues.
• Maintain organized records of inspections and communications.
• Travel between job sites as required.
