Qualifications

• Experience in field inspection, construction, or utility-related work (OSP/telecom/electrical a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking job sites daily in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field inspections at residential job sites to verify quality, safety, and compliance.
• Inspect construction activities such as trenching, conduit installation, grounding, mounting, and equipment placement.
• Ensure contractors adhere to approved specifications, codes, and client requirements.
• Document inspection findings using detailed field notes, reports, and photo documentation.
• Identify deficiencies or deviations and communicate corrective actions to the team.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and utility representatives to resolve field issues.
• Ensure proper use and handling of materials and equipment on-site.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all inspections and communications.
• Travel between job sites as required.
