The position requires at least six months of custodial or laundry experience, ability to perform physical tasks, and willingness to work extended shifts/on-call as needed.

Formación

• Six months of custodial or laundry experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including hauling, lifting, moving, and digging.

Responsabilidades

• Keep residential living, learning, and dining environments clean and safe using green practices.
• Vacuum, shampoo, sweep, mop carpets and floors in living, learning, and dining areas.
• Clean around building exteriors, pick up trash, sweep, wash sidewalks, remove gum, and handle snow/ice removal.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables from internal/external receptacles.
• Perform minor maintenance such as replacing lamps, painting, carpet trimming, and drain cleaning.
• Inspect and service Environmental Services equipment and machinery.
• Engage with residents and guests respectfully, providing programmatic support.
