Qualifications

• Experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• After-hours on-call rotation; respond to weather events.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders promptly with quality and efficiency.
• Close out work orders in the system and track via tools.
• Assist in property turn and coordinate with vendors.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect public areas and resident apartments for standards.
• Safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment.
• Escort vendors on-site and facilitate their work.
• Keep shop, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate vendor services such as snow removal and landscaping.
• Assist with curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned.
