Qualifications

• Experience: Two years as janitor helper or cleaning/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Common Space Cleaning and Service: clean common spaces, replace bulbs, inspect circuits, perform minor repairs.
• Apartment Turnover: clean apartments and storage lockers, perform related minor repairs.
• First-Level Customer Service: assist residents with move-in orientation, show apartments, answer calls, respond to messages, emergency response.
• Service Coordination: help with notices, provide access for contractors and staff following protocols.
• Grounds Maintenance: perform landscaping and snow removal.
• Preventive Maintenance: assist with preventive tasks in common spaces and apartments.
• Special projects: participate in office-wide programs and bicycle room clean-outs.
• Emergency Response: on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
