Job summary

Near North Title Group in Evansville, IN is seeking a Residential Escrow Officer/Closer to manage real estate closings from start to finish. You will review agreements, ensure compliance, and coordinate with lenders and buyers to deliver a smooth closing experience.

The role requires 3+ years of escrow or closing experience, attention to detail, excellent communication, and willingness to travel to other offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years escrow or real estate closing experience.
• Title insurance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to other offices for closings as needed.

• Conduct residential real estate closings professionally and accurately.

• Ensure timely and compliant execution and recording of files.
• Verify title clearance and financial obligations.
• Calculate taxes, insurance, and other transaction costs.
