ReVireo seeks a Residential Energy Efficiency Inspector to perform hands-on, field-based inspections for new homes. You will travel to sites across southeastern Pennsylvania and neighboring states, conducting measurements, documenting materials, and photographing the home.

After a 2–3 month training period (or sooner if already certified), you will inspect daily, report results, and communicate with the construction manager. Competitive benefits included.

Competenze

• Meets location requirements and willingness to travel daily.
• Own vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance required.
• Willing to use own vehicle for travel (IRS mileage rate).
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Comfortable with tablet, data entry, and MS Office.
• Independent work style with good time management.
• Enjoys working with clients on site.

Mansioni

• Conduct onsite inspections and tests to assess energy efficiency of new homes.
• Record results, communicate issues, and provide recommendations to construction management.
