Job Description

Location: Successful candidates will be located within Montgomery County, Delaware County, or Chester County.

Position: Residential Energy Auditor servicing the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and reliable to meet customer needs!

As an Energy Auditor, you will act as a program and company representative to residential and retail customers, install products, conduct energy efficiency assessments, audits, post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities. You will share your enthusiasm to educate and motivate customers to take the next step in their energy efficiency journey, helping them increase comfort, reduce carbon emissions, and save money.

Requirements:

• Conduct residential energy audits.
• Perform retail site visits for rebate promotions.
• Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions, and provide updates to program staff.
• Troubleshoot technical problems according to client specifications.
• Act as a local, on-site program and company representative to encourage participation and overcome barriers.
• Travel throughout the service territory.
• Must be 21+ with a valid, clean driver’s license.
• Fleet vehicle provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant industry experience preferred.
• BPI Certification preferred.

Compensation:

Target range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. The overall compensation range is $19.80 - $29.70 per hour, based on various factors including experience, certifications, and internal equity.

This is a safety-sensitive position involving fieldwork, warehouse work, or driving. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment drug testing and a motor vehicle report review. Sponsorship is not available.
