Job summary

Home Elevators & Lift Products LLC is seeking an Experienced Mechanical CAD Designer to create and revise detailed technical drawings for residential elevators and lift systems.

You will develop 2D and 3D CAD models, prepare fabrication drawings, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety and installation constraints on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience producing manufacturing drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Ability to interpret engineering specs, building plans, and codes for practical designs.
• Familiarity with residential construction practices and accessibility or lift codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D CAD models for residential elevator and lift systems.
• Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings for manufacturing and installation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and installation teams to resolve design issues on-site.
