Mr. Electric of Fairfield County, CT is seeking a Licensed Residential Electrician to join a growing team delivering white-glove electrical services from a company van across Fairfield County. You will contribute to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while helping shape the company’s culture from day one.

We offer a clear growth path, leadership opportunities as we scale, a $3,000 hiring bonus, and an uncapped commission structure with OTE well above six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut E-2 (Journeyman) license or higher (E-1).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional electrical experience, with residential troubleshooting and service work.
• Strong troubleshooting, service installs, panel upgrades and safety inspections.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues with safety and precision.
• Conduct whole-home electrical safety inspections with clear, upfront pricing.
