Job summary

Limitless Electric is expanding its residential service operation in Connecticut and seeks a motivated Residential Service Electrician focused on estimating, sales, and customer relationships. You’ll own the opportunity from first contact to close, with installation teams handling the build.

You’ll run ~3–4 service calls per day, diagnose problems, prepare accurate scopes and estimates, and present options to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Strong residential electrical experience.
• Connecticut electrical license for independent work.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to estimate labor and materials accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable presenting pricing and moving homeowners forward.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to use a CRM, tablet, estimating software.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• High level of personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Run approximately 3–4 residential service calls and consultations per day.
• Diagnose residential electrical problems.
• Build accurate estimates based on labor, materials, scope, and job conditions.
• Present options and help homeowners make confident decisions.
• Close qualified opportunities and hand off larger projects to installation team.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up on open estimates.
• Develop customer relationships leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current with electrical codes, products, permits, and residential best practices.
