Job summary

Mr. Electric of Fairfield County, CT is hiring a Licensed Residential Electrician. You will be a foundational hire, delivering white-glove service from a home base to homes in Fairfield County, with a brand-new company van and equipment.

Monday meetings in Norwalk office; field work all week. Requirements include active Connecticut E-2 license, 4+ years residential experience, proficiency with panel upgrades and ServiceTitan on a tablet; driving required.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut E-2 (Journeyman) license or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of residential electrical experience.
• Experience with panel upgrades, service entrances, circuits, and safety inspections.
• Ability to operate field software (ServiceTitan) on a tablet.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and access tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical issues safely.
• Conduct whole-home safety inspections and present pricing options clearly.
• Perform panel upgrades, service replacements, EV charger installs, rewiring, and load calculations.
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience and maintain a clean work area.
• Document work in field software and manage job approvals.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ongoing paid training.
• Attend Monday morning team meetings at the Norwalk office.
