Responsibilities include completing all general residential electrical in-home service calls, diagnosing issues, educating customers on upgrades and financing options, and collaborating with service and dispatch to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong service sales aptitude to educate customers and recommend upgrades.
• Ability to diagnose issues, ensure safety, and identify code violations.

Responsibilities

• Complete all general residential electrical in-home, service calls.
• Perform thorough electrical system evaluations to diagnose issues and safety concerns.
• Educate customers on upgrades and finance options; help select maintenance plans.
• Establish customer rapport and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Coordinate with service and dispatch for overall success.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and truck; participate in training and meetings.
