Palmetto Residential Electric is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to perform new construction residential installations and warranty work. The role includes planning installations to minimize waste, following diagrams or blueprints, and ensuring safe, accessible wiring aligned with codes.

You will connect wiring to lighting and equipment, test circuits for safety, repair systems, and sometimes travel to other Palmetto sites. Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality are expected.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with residential work.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Occasionally travel to work in other sites within Palmetto Residential Electric.
• Must be physically able to perform maintenance tasks and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Completes new construction residential installs and warranty work.
• Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure accessibility.
• Prepares sketches or follows diagrams/blueprints for concealed wiring.
• Connects wiring to fixtures and equipment and tests continuity.
• Repairs faulty equipment or systems.
• Occasionally travel to other Palmetto Residential Electric sites.
