Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years electrical experience.
• Residential experience preferred but not required.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Hold valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clean background.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and hand tools.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Communicate findings and pricing options to homeowners.
• Complete detailed service documentation.
• Follow local electrical codes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain organized tools and service vehicle.
• Collaborate with dispatch to manage schedules.
• Provide professional customer service on every call.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
