Qualifications

• 1+ years of residential electrical experience required.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to work in tight spaces (crawl spaces/attics) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• WA state driver's license required.
• Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers and teammates while following codes.
• Ability to install electrical hardware and parts.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electrical maintenance and service work for residential clients.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and coworkers to ensure high-quality work and code compliance.
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, and various areas of clients' homes while delivering craftsmanship and a positive attitude.
