• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Electrical & Plumbing Technicians; set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards; build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement; provide hands‑on leadership with emphasis on electrical operations, technician development, and department growth.
• Revenue Growth & Strategy – Drive team financial performance through goal‑setting, reporting, and coaching; use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement; translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
• Operational Excellence – Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes; improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking; support operational consistency and growth across both electrical and plumbing departments.
• Customer Satisfaction – Own the outcome of every job, including escalations; ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and high‑quality service delivery.
