Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is seeking an Electrical Installer to join our growing team in the Charlotte Metro, NC area. This full-time role focuses on executing sold electrical work safely, efficiently, and to our standards.

You will work on a variety of residential projects, advancing toward a Service Professional role through demonstrated performance and leadership. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum professional electrical experience required.
• Strong understanding of residential installation and repair.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with standard electrical tools and testing devices.
• Physically capable of performing install work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Install and replace panels, outlets, switches, lighting, and EV chargers.
• Review scope of work and confirm tasks before starting.
• Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled installations.
• Perform work safely and to code and company standards.
• Communicate with Service Professional and team about questions or changes.
• Keep customers informed and maintain a clean jobsite.
• Document completed work with photos and notes.
• Assist with identifying materials for upcoming work.
• Follow permits, inspections, materials, and job completion processes.
• Dispatch, arrive, and complete jobs via field software.
• Take ownership from start to finish.
