Compensation is $55,000 per year, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential on‑call periods. The ideal candidate will hold a Wireman or Journeyman license, have 2+ years of supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of prior electrical superintendent experience on residential projects.
• Current Wireman or Journeyman license required.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively with homeowners, builders and coworkers.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor, and develop field personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Review daily schedules and coordinate day-to-day activities for crews and subcontractors.
• Plan, organize, and direct field production per project plans and specifications.
• Monitor job progress, crew performance, scheduling, and logistics.
• Serve as liaison between Project Managers, field electricians, office staff, and homeowners.
• Coordinate meetings with builders and other trades to resolve issues.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet NEC and local codes.
• Promote safe work practices and enforce safety policies.
• Identify, report, and address safety hazards and job-site concerns.
• Assist with electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and manage tools/equipment.
• Complete and maintain field documentation such as daily reports and time records.
