Job summary

Brilin Electric is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a residential production team across new construction sites in Fort Mill, SC. You will mentor crews, optimize field workflows, and enforce quality and safety standards on every project.

Responsibilities include supervising electricians and apprentices, coordinating daily job assignments, inspecting work for NEC compliance, and maintaining builder relationships to keep schedules on track. Strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8–10+ years of residential electrical experience.
• 6+ years in job/site supervision or crew leadership.
• Deep knowledge of NEC and residential electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily job assignments for residential electricians, apprentices, and field crews.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure rough-ins, trims, and final installations meet NEC and standards.
• Serve as main site contact with builders, project managers, and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Troubleshoot complex residential electrical challenges on site with clear direction.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements across all project sites.
• Monitor crew productivity, material usage, and labor allocation; participate in hiring/training.
