Job summary

Associated Heating and Air Conditioning LLC in Eugene, Oregon is seeking an Electrical Apprentice. The role reports to the Electrical Lead and offers a full-time position with hourly pay of $18.00–$24.00. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime possible.

Responsibilities include assisting with wiring, following codes, using tools safely, and supporting licensed electricians in maintenance and repairs while pursuing on-the-job and classroom training.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in Mid Oregon IEC electrical apprenticeship program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varied conditions (heights, tight spaces, outdoors).

• Follow blueprints, electrical codes, and safety regulations
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Position Summary

As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work under the supervision of a licensed electrician to assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. This is a non-exempt position. Work hours may vary based on the needs of the business, and overtime may be required.

Rate of Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
