Job summary

Tin Man Heating & Cooling is seeking an Electrical Apprentice in Bowling Green, OH. The role supports licensed electricians, performing residential service, maintenance, and troubleshooting while learning the trade.

You will gain hands-on experience, work with a team, and provide excellent customer service to homeowners. A valid driver’s license and an active Apprentice Electrician registration are required, with growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of electrical apprenticeship experience required.
• Residential service and maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver`s license with a clean driving record.
• Active Apprentice Electrician registration/license (as required by state or local regulations).

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under the guidance of licensed electricians as needed.
• Diagnose common residential electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment.
• Conduct electrical safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with local codes and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on electrical system needs and recommendations.
• Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00+/Hour (based on experience)
