Job summary

B&B Heating and Cooling in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Residential Electrical Maintenance Technician (3–4 Year Apprentice) to join our electrical team. This role offers hands-on experience with licensed electricians and clear opportunities for long-term career growth.

Pay is $25.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays and PTO. Valid driver's license and apprentice registration may apply.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of electrical apprenticeship experience required.
• Residential service and maintenance experience preferred.
• Active Apprentice Electrician registration/license (as required by state or local regulations).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under the guidance of licensed electricians as needed.
• Diagnose common residential electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment.
• Conduct electrical safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with local codes and company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on electrical system needs and recommendations.
• Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately.
