Associated Drywall Partners in Indianapolis is seeking a motivated Residential Drywall Repair Technician to join our team. Under the Foreman’s direction, you’ll handle repairs, service and warranty work on multiple jobs daily, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.

We value craftsmanship and safety, require you to bring your own hand tools, and you’ll contribute to projects across commercial and residential settings in over 22 states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hanging, installing, patching and finishing drywall with texture matching.
• Own hand tools and knives and smartphone with data plan.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work on new and existing walls and ceilings.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, service and warranty work for multiple daily jobs.
• Texture, refinishing and quality control to meet client expectations.
• Work under Foreman direction with safety as a priority.
• Prepare materials and quantities for each project.

Job Summary

Associated Drywall Partners, voted Walls & Ceilings Top 50 Contractors, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Drywall Repair Technician to join our Indianapolis team. Under the direction of the Foreman, the Drywall Repair Technician will be responsible for the repairs, service and warranty work for multiple jobs daily, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional service.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to texture and refinish drywall
• Ability and willingness to work on new walls and ceilings, and repair existing walls.
• Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
• Fit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into specified position
• Dedication to Safety
• Valid Driver's License

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall including texture matching.
• Your own hand tools and knives.
• Must own a smartphone with a data plan.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
