Astound is seeking a results-driven outside sales professional for residential door-to-door service. You will meet residents at their homes and properties, discuss needs, provide quotes, and sign up new business while building brand awareness in assigned territories.

You will operate in a fast-paced outdoor environment with a base salary of $40,000 and uncapped commissions. Total On-Target Earnings can reach $89,000, reflecting strong performance and quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
