Job summary

DH Pace Company, including Overhead Door Company of Albuquerque, is seeking Residential Door Technician Trainees to assist in service and installation of residential doors and hardware.

A mechanical inclination and interest in door systems are valued as a foundation for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a mechanical role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install or service residential garage doors and door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install or service residential garage doors and door hardware
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services

• Always operate with safety conscious manner while performing job duties

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
