Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch, customer service, or related experience.
• Experience in residential HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is preferred.
• Leadership or team-leading experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dispatch Manager with daily dispatch operations.
• Coach and mentor dispatch staff to promote teamwork and performance.
• Monitor schedules, routes, and appointment availability to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with training new dispatchers and reinforce policies and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and reduce scheduling inefficiencies.
• Support scheduling and upselling opportunities to grow revenue.
• Track dispatch metrics and address performance gaps.
• Serve as a resource for dispatchers and technicians when the manager is unavailable.
• Collaborate on operational improvements and growth initiatives.
