Job summary

The Lemoine Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Recovery Superintendent to lead residential reconstruction projects funded by HUD's CDBG-DR program. You will manage field operations, safety, schedule, and contractor coordination to minimize risk and ensure successful execution.

Travel to disaster-affected sites is required to establish work scopes, document repairs, and verify compliance with program requirements. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a construction supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of HUD CDBG-DR regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of CDBG-DR projects, including scheduling manpower, procuring tools and materials, securing permits, and ensuring compliance with HUD and local regulations.
• Conduct detailed residential inspections to establish scopes of work, document repairs, and verify compliance with CDBG-DR standards.
• Inspect all areas of homes to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Serve as primary contact for subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving issues to maintain momentum.
• Ensure completion of full scope on time and within budget per the QA/QC plan.
