Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of construction or disaster recovery experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schedules, and scopes of work with accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Located in the Houston, Texas area.
• Assist the Recovery Superintendent with day-to-day management of CDBG-DR projects.
• Conduct residential inspections to document conditions and repair scopes.
• Inspect interiors, exteriors, crawlspaces, attics, and roofs for quality and compliance.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and coordinate daily activities to support schedules.
• Procure materials, track deliveries, and verify labor and equipment availability.
• Maintain detailed project records including photos, field reports, and punch lists.
• Support QA/QC and HUD program compliance requirements.
• Assist with scheduling inspections, permits, and project closeout documentation.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, inspectors, and program staff.
