Aspire Health and Community Services seeks a Residential Director to lead community-based sites for adults with mental illness and substance use issues. The role blends administrative leadership with clinical programming oversight and staff supervision.
You will manage budgets, ensure quality service delivery, and ensure licensing compliance while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. CPR/First Aid/MAP certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle are required.

The ACCS Residential Director is a dynamic role combining administrative and leadership duties to ensure the smooth operation of community-based residential sites for adults with mental illness and substance use issues. This position requires strong knowledge of clinical programming and involves managing staff, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining the physical environment, budgeting, and complying with DMH licensing regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, offer consultation on effective rehabilitative strategies, and foster strong relationships internally and externally. Adherence to all policies and procedures is essential, including established guidelines for cell phone usage.
Requirements:
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9a-5p. This role includes on-call responsibilities for designated site(s) throughout the week and alternating weekends.
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $75,000 USD
