Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 4 points.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in activities of daily living and assist with shopping, meals, hygiene, and daily routines.
• Monitor health status and document changes to health plans; report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with transportation, accompany residents to appointments and activities.
• Record progress notes on medication administration and activities as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and participate in house meetings.
