Job summary

Lifetime Assistance is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the Residential program in LeRoy, NY. This full-time role covers 32 hours per week with a schedule Tue-Sat afternoons/evenings and Sunday mornings.

Starting wage is $21.55/hour with a $0.75 weekend differential, resulting in $22.30/hour for weekend shifts. Responsibilities include personal care, helping individuals gain independence, medication administration if certified, and documenting progress in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Reliable individuals who can follow individualized plans and safety protocols.
• Able to document progress and use EHR for daily supports.
• Willing and able to obtain required certifications (First Aid/CPR, SCIP-R, Medication Administration).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support independence and social skills development.
• Ensure health and safety, including medication administration if certified.
• Document progress on individualized service plans.
• Encourage community participation and social activities.
• Transport using agency vehicles as needed.
