The Arc Erie County NY is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for residential services in Western New York. You will provide hands-on support to adults with developmental disabilities and help with daily activities.

This role offers the highest DSP pay in Western NY, with no shift or site differential. Shifts include day, evening, or overnight, and there is paid training with no prior experience required, plus great benefits and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS driver's license and approved driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Human services experience helpful but not required—paid training provided.
• Upbeat, positive attitude.

Responsibilities
