Job summary

Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide care and instruction to individuals in community homes in Erie County. No experience necessary as training will be provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

Full-time, part-time, and flexible hours are available, with a pay rate of $18.29 per hour and various benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for Criminal Background Checks and Child Abuse History Clearances.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Scope: Direct Support Professional staff function as members of teams responsible for the direct care and instruction of individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines. They contribute to creating a safe, healthy emotional and physical environment for individuals.

No experience necessary: We will train interested and eligible candidates.

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Types

Full-time; Part-time; Weekend; Substitute/Relief Staff, 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.

Pay

$18.29 per hour.

Sign-on Bonus

Potential to earn up to $2700 in the first 2 years of employment.

Referral Bonus

Potential up to $750 in the first year.
