Flinthills-Services in Arkansas is seeking a Residential Direct Support Professional to provide essential support in a residential setting. You will assist clients with daily activities, including medication administration, meal planning, transportation, and personal care.

You will help manage budgets, maintain a safe home, and advance personal goals through Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs). The role is in-person, requiring compassion, reliability, and strong communication to collaborate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in the past 36 months.
• Automobile liability insurance as required by Kansas.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in residential settings, including training, meals, and shopping.
• Administer medications as prescribed, monitor health, and report changes promptly.
• Help clients manage budgets, keep spending records, and organize receipts.
• Support clients in community activities and accessing resources.
• Develop and document PCSPs to meet personal goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment including housekeeping tasks.
