Lifetime Assistance is seeking a Direct Support Professional – Residential in Churchville, NY to join the Residential Services team. You will provide personal care and daily living support to individuals, helping them build independence with dignity and respect.

This full-time role (32 hours/week) includes evening shifts and a starting wage of $21.55/hour. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and an emphasis on safety and community integration.

Formación

• No prior experience required; dependable, friendly, caring individuals welcome.
• Certifications & requirements include First Aid/CPR, SCIP-R, and Medication Administration (or ability to obtain).
• Vehicle Operator requirements (except overnight/relief shifts) must be met.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, meals, household tasks).
• Support individuals in developing independence and social skills.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being, including medication administration if certified.
• Implement and document progress on individualized service plans and supports.
• Encourage community integration and participation in activities.
• Drive agency vehicles for transportation as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with individuals, families, and colleagues.
• Complete required training and certifications.
