Job summary

The Community Supports Network seeks a Front Line Supervisor to lead and support Direct Support Professionals in residential homes, empowering individuals with disabilities to learn, grow, and thrive. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure compassionate, person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled persons.
• Ability to pass background checks prior to hire and annually thereafter.
• High school diploma or GED; willingness to obtain required trainings and certifications.
• On-call availability Monday–Friday with rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals in residential homes.
• Oversee daily tasks including documentation, meetings, and safety drills.
• Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management.
• Support individuals to maintain good hygiene and participate in activities.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule with some weekday and weekend coverage.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and foster a safe environment.
