Job summary

NestVillage LLC seeks a Direct Care Worker (DCW) to support adult residents in a licensed residential group home in Flagstaff, AZ. The role focuses on hands-on personal care, behavioral support, and daily living assistance in a female program, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, mobility, documentation, and coordination with supervisors and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; DSP, CNA, HHA or related experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Three professional references required.
• Ability to meet physical demands and lift/move residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to residents in ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Implement approved support and behavior strategies to promote safety and stability.
• Observe residents' wellbeing and report concerns to supervisors or nursing staff.
• Administer prescribed oral medications and provide delegated health-related support.
• Document services, communicate with the team, and follow safety procedures.
